Young Cambodian officers observing training devices for recruits at the Tay Ninh provincial Military School
During the event, the two sides participated  in different cultural and artistic exchanges, had fact-finding trips to units of the Tay Ninh provincial Military Command to learn  more about the training for recruits, and joined a  talk under the theme “Unity-Friendship”.

During the talk, generals from the Royal Cambodian Army’s Commands of Military Regions (MR) 2 and 4, and leadership of Vietnam’s MR7 Command together with young officers recalled the traditions, solidarity and friendship beween the two countries’ armed forces in particular and the two States and peoples in general over the past five decades. They highlighted the great support and sacrifice of the Vietnam People’s Army for the national liberation, peace and stability of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Young Vietnamese and Cambodian officers also raised their awareness of bringing into full play the two countries’ solidarity and friendship which was fostered by their predecessors and heightened their responsibility for fulfilling their tasks, maintaining stability, solidarity and friendship while protecting the borderline.
